As we embark on our newest venture into the NFT space, we are seeking experienced, ambitious and committed team who are passionate and knowledgeable in this emerging space to build scale and traction.

Title: Business Development Managers – Crypto/Fintech (3 positions)


The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, self-starter and very numbers driven with top-notch business, commercial modelling skills backed by a proven business growth experience in Fintech, Crypto, e-commerce or digital space.

Role & Job Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in Crypto, Fintech or E-commerce space, self-start, implement and manage a portfolio of NFTs
  • Diligent and thorough in tracking and detect trends in the NFT marketplaces, crypto coins trends and daily reporting required
  • Proven past business growth in either e-commerce, Fintech, Crypto, or NFTs
  • Take full accountability of performance of each NFT drop and pricing success
  • Work fast to create data driven launches from ground-up in 2 weeks
  • Manage regular communications internally across departments and externally with communities and key stakeholders via email, messages and social channels
  • Glued on 24/7 on the latest community marketplace trends, best-selling NFTs and new NFT trends
  • Collaborate with internal Teams and other stakeholders to deliver on business targets
  • Monitor NFT performance on a daily basis, engagement and take action to optimize maximum sales and success
  • Swift and clever communications with community partners/collaborators, to increase top line sales numbers and NFT new drop success

Must-have skills & Qualifications

  • University education with a strength in English language plus a must-have Asian language vernacular
  • Minimum 5 -7 years’ hands-on experience with business development, community building and managing crypto communities or e-commerce space
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with NFTs or crypto or e-commerce space
  • Must have excellent knowledge of email best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Discord
  • Experience with digital and in-person event planning a plus
  • Must have excellent multitasking skills
  • Must be ambitious and self driven
  • Good Team player
  • Good time-management skills, fast worker
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Crypto wallet, crypto coin knowledge and usage skills
