- Proactive in identifying new business development opportunities and key areas of advertising growth to support the attainment of the quarterly financial goals
- Interact directly and build working relationships with media agencies, digital agencies & sales reps
- People-oriented to initiate, manage, develop relationships with direct clients & brands
- Grow key accounts across markets and industries
- Meet & exceed fiscal year net sales target
- Support sales head in identifying and sharing best practice across the territories
- Must be ambitious, goal-driven, go-getter with proven tangible results and negotiation abilities
- Experience managing own workload and willing to do things differently in a Start-Up work culture
- Over 10 years of solid sales track record in media sales for director role and have working experience across a minimum 4 territories and have worked in multinational companies with no less than 100 headcounts in one location.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one Asian vernacular
