COVID SIMULATOR is a game that hits a little close to home.
The game aims to visualise how quickly Covid-19 can spread in the workplace. An open sandbox, the game allows you to create your own workspace, the number of employees, their work schedules as well as mask adoption, and vaccination rates.
For an added touch of realism, you can also adjust the strength of the Covid variant ripping through your virtual office, or in what’s my favourite bit – encourage pro- or anti-vaccine behaviour (!!).
Needless to say, Covid-19 is a serious infectious disease with transmission occurring primarily through the respiratory droplets of those infected, expelled when they cough, sneeze, talk or even sing.
As of 12 January, the World Health Organization has confirmed over 300 million cases of Covid-19, including 5.5 million deaths.
Right now, the WHO has recommended that you should get vaccinated if you can – vaccines work by instructing the body’s immune system to fight off viruses and bacteria they target.
